Navigate to you fusion pbx domain
Menu > Advance > Default Settings
Under category select fax
Find variable cover logo and in the variable Value point to the logo like in the image below
In my case the path is as follows
/var/www/fusionpbx/app/fax/resources/images/logo.png
METHOD 2
Using an ftp client and user id and password that has write permissions
I use WinSCP you can use any of your choice.
navigate to the following folder on you debian/fusion pbx folder
/var/www/fusionpbx/app/fax/resources/images
ancd change the logo.jpg with you own image
your own image should meet the following image specs
Once stock logo is replaced with your logo. Fax cover sheet logo will be changed to yours.
In the below image logo1.jpg is origional logo and logo.jpg is the one i replaced with.
